Operating posture

MOBILIZR operates under standard EU and Swedish law: the Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065), GDPR with the journalistic-purposes carve-out under Dataskyddslagen 1 kap 7 §, Brottsbalken 5 kap (defamation), E-handelslagen (2002:562), Bokföringslagen for corporate accounting, and the EU AI Act Article 50 transparency rules. HEIMLANDR AB is solely responsible for everything published on the platform.

MOBILIZR does not currently hold utgivningsbevis under YGL. Source protection therefore rests on the architecture of the platform itself (unlinkable tip payments, encrypted storage, no IP logging on tip routes) and on Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights (Goodwin v. United Kingdom). We may apply for utgivningsbevis in the future; this page is updated when the filing occurs.

Information on this page is statutory and updated as filings progress. Material changes are recorded in the public audit feed.
