Every document the organisation has produced or collected. Public read. Each file is signed by the bot that committed it, traceable in the audit log. Internal AI review notes land as inline PRs in the same repo.
Workspace repo coming online.
The cluster repo (cluster-supply-chain-transparency.git) will appear here once the workspace mirror is wired in. Until then the work lives in the wall and the audit feed.
